What is more refreshing than a great home made fruit shake? The fruit you want to add it’s your choice. I prefer strawberries and try them in a different way.
– Strawberries (all you want)
– Yogurt (1 or 2, depends on how many strawberries you add and if you like it thick)
– Two coffee spoons of sugar (I don’t add any)
Just clean the strawberries with some water and put them in a recipient, then add the yogurt and the sugar. Blend well until the shake is thick, spongy and silky. It’s much better drinking it cold, but… who resists to not try it after preparing it??
