A very easy and fast to prepare delicatessen to be enjoyed anyday. Nobody would resist it!
– 200 gr roast almonds
– 400 gr dry and sweet biscuits
– 150 gr bitter powder cocoa
– 300 gr butter
– 300 gr sugar (and sugar for the toppin)
– 4 eggs
– ½ glass of Sambuca liquor (anise liquor) or any you like
Grind the almonds and biscuits separetely, place them in a bowl and add the sugar and cocoa. Melt the butter in the microwave or heat it in a double boiler, add the eggs and mix everything well. Pour this mixture in the bowl with the other ingredients and add the liquor. Let it stand for half an hour. Use your hands to shape the balls and then roll them on sugar. Put the truffles on paper moulds. Keep cold in the fridge.
With this recipe, you can have around 130 truffles.
