Here you are another super easy recipe to prepare any day during the year.
                   – 2 tomatos, sliced
                   – Cheese, any kind, sliced
                   – Olive oil
                   – Salt
                   – Spices
Cut as many tomatos as you want, depending on how many people you are, in slices and place them in a plate. Add the olive oil, salt and spices, we recommend you to use basil, parsley or oregano. Then put the slices of cheese on the tomato, you can cut the cheese as you like but not too thick.

TIPS: You can add the olive oil and spices over the cheese, all depends on your taste and which kind of             cheese you are using.
       – You can also use tofu.

Here you are a 100% natural tomato sauce prepared to your taste.
                   – Tomato (2 or 3, depends on how big they are)
                   – Spices: coriander, parsley, oregano… if they are fresh, mcuh better.
                   – Salt
                   – Olive oil
Put all ingredientes in the blender glass and when all it’s well blended, the sauce is ready.

This is the best pizza ever!!! The most difficult thing to prepare is the dough but once you get it, you can create your very own pizza with your favourite ingredients.
             Dough ingredients:
                   – 300 gr. flour
                   – Half glass of warm water (it’s important to be warm)
                   – 2 olive oil soup spoons
                   – 2 full coffee spoons of baker’s yeast (much better to buy it at the baker’s)
                   – Salt
                   – Spices (oregano, garlic, parsley, basil… any!)
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them with your hands until the dough is consistent, no lumps. Add more flour or water if you need it. After that, spread flour over the countertop and place there the dough. Knead it for at least 15 minutes or until the dough is flexible and soft. Leave it in another bowl for 30-45 minutes covered with a humid cloth to let it rise.
After that long half an hour, spread some more flour over the countertop and stretch the dough with a rolling pin or your hands.
Preheat the oven at 200º.

                   – Onion (if you like it)
                   – 1 or 2 tomatoes
                   – Spices (oregano, parsley or basil)
                   – Cheese
                   – Serrano ham
                   – Bacon

Spread the tomato sauce all over the stretched dough, add some spices if your dough doesn’t have any. Then, put the onion and tomatoes’ slices, cheese, ham and bacon. Leave in the oven for 10-15 minutes or more (all depend on your oven).

Tuna pie is a very nice recipe which will delight you and any of your guests. You will need a few ingredients but then the oven will do all the work!! The recipe is for at least 3 or 4 people.
                     – 2 or 3 eggs
                     – Tomato sauce (3 to 5 soup spoons, to taste)
                     – 2 or 3 tuna cans
                      – 3 to 5 slices of bread (to taste)
                      – 350 to 500 ml evaporated milk
                      – Salt, to taste
                      – Pepper, to taste
                      – Nutmeg, to taste
Preheat the oven 180º.
Blend all ingredients well and place the mixture in a loaf tin, grease it before or use baking paper so the pie won’t stick. Let it bake for 35-45 minutes but take a look from time to time and test it with a knife.

         – all measures are to taste, if you see the mixture is a little bit thick, add some more milk; if it
            is a little bit liquid, add some more bread.

The summer hasn’t gone yet, so we still have some time to taste nice cold dishes prepared in a jiffy.
Here you are a perfect combination of several savours: meat, mustard, endives, tomatoes, anchovies, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sweet and salty.
                   – Cut the endives and dice the tomatoes, use them as a base. Add the anchovies, or any
                     other fish as tuna or mackerel. Pour some olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
                   – Roll each carpaccio loaf, or present it as you like, then pour the mustard that you
                     always find in the packet all over.

Tips:  – There’s no need to add salt as the anchovies are salted, but if you used other fishes, don’t
          forget it!
        – Instead of mustard you can use any other sauce, the one you like most.
        – The Spanish Chef also added some mackerels on the top.

Salads are great and sometimes we can add many different ingredients to get a tasty and colourful one. They are very easy to prepare, and here you are the easiest one.
This salad has only 2 main ingredients plus the dressing, so you won’t spend much time peeling and adding a lot of things.
                              – Tomatoes (2 are ok, but it always depends on how big they are and how many
                                 you are)
                              – Onion
                              – Olive oil
                              – Salt
                              – Spice (Recommended basil, but oregano or parsley are also fine)
You can peel the tomates if you are used to, add onion to taste (if you don’t like it too much, just add a little). Be generous with the olive oil, add salt and the spice or spices you like most.
The result is an easy, very tasty and fresh salad for those hot days in summer in which you don’t feel like cooking anything. It can be a great starter to share or a side dish for any course.

The best is that, at the end, you will have the tomato’s juice mixed with the olive oil and basil, so you can dunk some bread and enjoy it a lot more!!

Sometimes guacamole tubs are not as natural as they should be, so here you are the way to prepare your very own home-made guacamole, all ingredients are easy to be found in any supermarket.
                              – 2 ripe avocados (medium size)
                              – 1 peeled and diced tomato
                              – Half onion, chopped
                              – Salt (to taste)
                              – Pepper (to taste)
                              – Half lemon juice
                              – Chop fresh coriander (to taste)
Put all ingredients in a bowl, mash and mix them with a fork. You can also use a blender, just add all ingredients without been chopped.

A quick recipe about a tasteful and fresh cold tomato soup
Peel 4 or 5 ripe tomatos and put them in a blender beaker, then add:
                 – 1 clove of garlic, peeled
                 – Salt
                 – Olive oil (reserve a thimbleful in a glass and put it in the fridge to be used at the end)
                 – Stale bread (1, 2… slices depending on how big they are, the bread is to make the soup
                 – 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
With a stick blender (or similar) mix and blend everything correctly to get the soup. After you are done, take the oil you put in the fridge, add it to the soup and mixed all again. This last step give the soup a better texture.

   – chop over a hard-boiled egg or some serrano jam (normal, fried or baked). Just delicious!
   – serve it in a small glass and add a hard-bolied egg or ham. Very elegant for demanding guests!
   – spread over a slice of bread with any kind of sausage over it. A great aperitif!
   –  if there is some left, use it as a sauce for your dishes (meat, fish…). Quite creative!
   – with fried eggs, instead of using ketchup, use salmorejo (much healthier). Use your imagination!
